1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your use of the website https://e-leaderstalk.com (the “Site”) and your purchase and participation in any courses, coaching sessions, or services offered through the Site (the “Services”). By registering, enrolling, or purchasing any course or service, you (“User”, “Student”, or “Customer”) agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or purchase Services.

2. Services & Eligibility

The Site offers coaching for English learners, leadership coaching, public speaking coaching, and coaching for children to become emcees.
To enroll in courses or services, you must provide accurate information. For minors (children), a parent or legal guardian must register and consent on their behalf.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrollment if required information is missing or inaccurate.

3. Registration & Account

You may be required to create an account to use certain Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

4. Payment, Fees & Billing

Payments are processed through PayU. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method via PayU.
All fees are as specified at the time of purchase. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or charges.
If payment fails or is declined, we may suspend or cancel your purchase or access to the service.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Access

Because our Services consist of digital or coaching services (courses, online content, live coaching), once access is granted or the service rendered, refunds may not be applicable or may be limited, except where explicitly stated.
If you wish to cancel a coaching session or course prior to access or within a defined “cool-off” period (if you choose to offer one), you must follow the cancellation procedure specified on the Site.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (course materials, videos, text, images, graphics, coaching materials) is owned by us (or our licensors) and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Aalim+1

We do not guarantee specific results (e.g. fluency in English, public speaking success, etc.). Results depend on your own efforts, participation, and other factors.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including legal fees, arising from your violation of this Agreement or your misuse of the Site or Services.

10. Changes to Services or Terms
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms; updated Terms will be effective when posted on the Site. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Andhra Pradesh, India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in that jurisdiction.
